Commercial & Industrial Booster Pump Sets

The commercial and industrial range of Allan Aqua-Systems' booster pump sets is vast due to the fact that each project is treated individually, resulting in a bespoke pump set design.

The secret to a quality pump set lies in the control system. Although it is important to use good quality pumps, it is absolutely essential to have an effective, responsive and reliable control system. Hence, all the commercial and industrial booster sets designed by Allan Aqua-Systems utilise the revolutionary new PCU600 pump controller. The commercial and industrial booster pump sets range from single pump systems up to a maximum of six, with or without break tank assemblies. Although we offer break tanks for all our booster sets we would advise the use of sectional tanks on larger projects. Single and two piece break tanks will be incorporated into the booster set package.

We offer jockey pump facilities on our larger sets which offer a more efficient solution to many pumping problems, particularly on office blocks, hotels and large residential developments where the flow rate diversity throughout the day can be extremely large. We also recommend the use of jockey pumps on larger systems as a high capacity pump operating at low flow rates can lead to heat build up in the water, pump failure and also potentially provide a perfect breeding ground for bacteria such as legionella.

Although most of our booster sets incorporate the pumps manufactured by the likes of Grundfos and Lowara, Allan Aqua-Systems Limited are totally independent and are not restricted to the use of any particular pump manufacturer.
